Hello Everyone,
I ordered Plusnet unlimited on the 22/9/09, and my account was put on hold until I received the MAC code from my current ISP.
I've gotten the MAC code since then, and rang up Plusnet this morning around 11am, I have since rang back up and they have told me the MAC code is correct etc etc...
but on my order status it still says "We're gathering details about your account so we can place your broadband order." I've given them my card details, and was told on the phone that my router will arrive in five to seven working days and yet my order status is still "We're gathering details about your account so we can place your broadband order."
Can someone please explain whats going on?
