#80649921 Response Please

Hi, I've had this ticket running for 3.5 weeks. BT have replaced the Openreach modem and now my line runs at an acceptable 20.7mb, which is a big improvement.
The ping is much faster and my upload speed has improved. However, my download speed is stuck at the old speed in tests - does the profile need updating to reflect the new line speed?
Can you please get the fault team to look please? 3 weeks seems like a long haul to get a speed fault fixed.
Thanks.

Hi justinheathcote,
Would you be able to run us a Speed Test at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com including 'Further Diagnostics' and attaching a screenshot of the results onto this thread please?
I'd like to see what sort of speeds you're seeing using this. Whilst a fault is open with our suppliers, we're unable to see the connection rate between your Modem and FTTC Cabinet.

Your profiles are all set correctly on our side and on our suppliers system. Was the speed test completed via Ethernet or Wireless?

Rebooted both boxes. Seems ok now, running at the full 20mb. Thanks
