Stuck Profile

For months my profile has been 7.1mb despite sync speeds that should have given a higher profile.

Albeit it's not causing me any problems it does mean that this months ofcom/samknows figure will be low.

I've just moved the profile up a notch to 7150 from 7000 from this end. However I'd expect better than that for a downstream sync 10360. Let me know if you'd like me to try an SNR reset as that may lead to some improvement for you.

Thanks for looking at it Adam - as you say one would expect a much higher profile in line with bt tester.
