After joining in Plusnet  December and having no usable internet as yet - I have found out to my cost that
You have to go to the online complaints section or write recorded delivery before you can go to arbitration to leave this company.
So if your having problems don't think that it will necessarily be resolved quickly and complain in the right place ASAP.
