Ok its not 100% but out of all the isp,s i have had , this is the first where people actually help to help  Wink
maybee the ticket system needs a bit of speeding up and more  telephone operators needed but all in all am realy impressed .
and the people on the forum are  a great help

Quite happy yes.  Had a problem recently with my usernames being rejected all over the place which did take longer than it should have to sort out, but PlusNet learn from these things so if anyone else experiences the same issue I had then it wouldn't take as long.  It's the fact PlusNet take feedback from their customers and pass it on to whoever needs the feedback "you could have done this better, next time try...." which gives a constant rate of improvement for their staff.

No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

Very happy indeed with Plusnet.
I've previously used five other ISPs, none of which match up to PN's standards.
Customer service is streets ahead of the others.

My last poll only had 55 voters I think It was, So If your hoping the poll swings the other way It better happen soon, My poll was a subject that had been brought up on the forum time and time again and only got 55 voters, But got a fair discussion and a very good result, ( Not due to my poll though, Or did It help? ) Wink

I may make a few wry and disparaging comments from time to time but I'm generally very happy with the Plusnet price and service which beats hands down my previous ISP.
Considering as a rule these sort of forums are frequented mainly by those with complaints, the poll results tends to show that the complaints are properly dealt with.

Very happy with the performance and service for nearly three years. It's not perfect, but I think I'd have to pay a lot more for anything marginally better.

Been with Plusnet now since December 2000 and have never felt the need to look elsewhere. Smiley
Very happy with the service and even though I very rarely visit these forums I know that they are available as a suberb resource if needed.

I'm happy. Any and all issues I've had I regard as within 'normal business' and are resolved within reasonable expectations.
Don't know of a better ISP experience either personal or referred.... or a clearer poll result!

I have been with PN for quite a few years now and have been satisfied with the service and the help when I needed it ,OK some times there are problems but we have always managed to sort them out. I run a computer class for a charity and the problems I hear from clients regarding ISPs make you glad to be with PN.
