Have you been overcharged?

This has happened to me once before and has now happened again.  I am nowhere near my monthly broadband phone usage limit but I have been charged for 6 minutes of UK landline calls (I've only made 9 minutes of calls in total).  I've raised it with customer services and they've told me that to fix it they'll have to take away my 0845 number and give me another one.  Angry They didn't do this last time and it's gone OK for a while, has anyone else had this happen and did you have to lose your 0845 number?

That sounds strange.  I assume you're talking about Broadband Phone? (not Home Phone).
