Following that link redirects back to the homepage, which is intended. If you then start the signup process there should be a green box appear similar to the first screenshot I've attached.
Going through the signup procedure should then give the second screenshot at the page where payment details are entered.
The screenshots are from a signup I've literally just been through 5 minutes ago.
