hi, went to forums and got reply from John really quickly, bottom line, its running, i have posted the setup details below for the login and telnet and it seems to be running fine, and can confirm my interleave is off

Remember it's not just handy for checking the status of your interleaving.
You can also monitor Noise Margin and Sync Speed amongst other stuff.

i am running it now to try and produce some nice graphs and to monitor my connection, need to do my home work again though
