That was my problem.  When I switched to Premium at the weekend my Plusnet Profile was reset at 2000 and my speeds dropped to 1800Kbps.  It took Mand to reset it for me at 7000Kbps in line with the BT IP profile and then everything was fine.

Sometimes on a product change the Plusnet profile gets set to 2000kbps - nobody seems to know why - a quick phone call or a ticket should solve it (if you call use 0114 296 5198  as that will ensue you get to Sheffield and a bit more sense)

Is this Normal ? My pings on Plusnet and google are high but Bbc is alot lower

Ok i see now

DownLoad Speed Is back To 1mb. It's happing at random times and it started today around 3.43pm


Yesturday it was fine getting around 5-6mb,  now it's hard to watch streaming videos without buffering getting in the way with 1mb  :(.

Back to Normal    took the speed test at 1.20pm 



probley going to get 1mb soon today but lets hope not.

As you were advised in your interleaving ticket, it looks like you've got an intermittent connection issue. I'd recommend raising us a fault at http://faults.plus.net so we can look into this for you - once the drops are resolved you should get a much more stable line and provided it's at a good enough speed we'll be able to turn off interleaving for you as well.
