Just posted a support request as my bandwidth has dropped to 0.5Mbit 

The reply I got back said:

"Current average response time:60 hours 21 minutes 49 seconds"

60hrs !!!, I've never had to wait much above 12 before, and often its been 2 or 3! 

What's going on???  Cut-backs???  Time to look for a new ISP???
