Thomson 585 - dead, rapid flashing lights

My Thomson 585 has ceased to work, and has just 3 rapid flashing lights.  Embarrassed

Just failed in service - any ideas?

Try doing a factory reset.

It may well be dead, but that could possibly help.

Yep, there's a 12 month warranty.  Hae you had it for longer than that?

The router was dispatched on the 5th, can you PM me the address you wanted it sending to and I'll see if it matches what we have? I'll sort out another one to be dispatched too once I've got that info.
