Ping problems - whats going on? Seriously getting annoyed.

Ping a bit high tonight sometimes but not as bad as usual. Well from about 9pm til now so far its sopiked up.

Im having ping of up too 999 on a US server I play on. I kid you not, 999! It's been going on for 3 days now. First it was the game I was playing, League of Legends (Incase it's not on the list) then it was Steam. My connection was so bad, I could not log into my Steam account and accsess my games. Now my DNS is going crazy.
I did a tracert to www.plus.net and this is what I got;

Some times its 212.159.0.190 thats the problem or its 84.92.0.141.

I've having similar issues with xbox live, going round in circles with support. Download speeds are fine but my ping is pretty pretty poor.

Ping already through the roof and its only jsut after 5pm, just awful. Have read the service status but no improvement, infact its got worse since its happening so early.. but i see your still working on it so i just hope things are back to normal sooner rather than later, only so much patience u can have with this kind of thing./

Edit - and now back down, its so weird and annoying :@ specially when speeds stays high during it.

Awful night tonight at peak times again, and the night before, this is doing my head in. Spiking up to 200+ in WoW.

Pings of 300-600 on and off (mostly on) for the last couple of weeks on Second Life. Been with PlusNet for a long time and this really is not good!

Can we have some explanation as to what the problem is - or are we just going to get " we are aware of the problem" blah blah blah..

What the hell is going on and what is being done gto fix it....
