Call data problem?

My recent calls have been updated but only  to 13/10/2009 19:40:31 , is there still an ongoing problem on my account , as this data is two and a half days ago?

I was wondering the same, as no calls are showing for me for the 14th or 15th.

I recently swithched to Plusnet Anytime and none of my calls are showing yet!

mine has just updated to the 14th, seems to be a bit slow recently

Looking at some call records, these don't appear to be any more recent than the 14th.

I'll see if I can find out when we're expecting to have these caught up.

The majority of the calls made before Friday evening should have caught up, or will have done within the next 24 hours or so.

BTs reporting engine was down over the weekend for some work and we expect all calls to be up to date towards the end of the week.

My calls have now caught up.

Is it normal for each call to be listed twice? I'm a new PN customer, before on Greenbee each call was only listed once!

Mine were updated  OK this morning,  but now they are both confirmed and unconfirmed right back to the 10th page.  What on earth is going on?

Mine's similar although I've only got 3 pages of confirmed/unconfirmed calls as I only joined PN Phone last week!  Never had this problem with Greenbee Phone call listing  Wink

Hopefully Jameseh will pick this up in the morning and get "on the case".

It shouldn't be a problem as you're only billed for confirmed calls and sounds like it's just a display issue following some clean up work on the old problem.

I'll have a look tomorrow.
