High call cost

Isn't it about time PlusNet looked at the high charges on some calls i.e. 7.34ppm for 0845 calls and 14.68ppm for mobile calls. These are WAY above other VOIP providers.

Hi George,

We're certainly looking at the call costs for 0845 numbers currently.

Oh! I was thinking of moving my phone to PN. These calls are free now with BT.
