The regulation states that 0870 call costs need bringing into line with national call charges. Like Gradwell though, we're looking to do one better than this and lump it into Home Phone customers' inclusive minutes. The project associated with this work is already under way although we're a little behind on the development (sorry about that!). All Home Phone subscribers can expect an email about the changes in due course.
