National Lottery e-mail treated as SPAM

« on 08/04/2009, 16:20 »
This problem seems to have just started since March 24th.

Senderbase seems to say the message should be OK though. Sad

http://www.senderbase.org...ay.national-lottery.co.uk

Yes, I know I could try to whitelist it.

I get the same problem.  Do the 'spam' and 'not spam' buttons work anymore?

After a few weeks of National Lottery messages getting through, they are no SPAM again.

See header below, any header experts reading this could tell me why this one is SPAM?

I get the same problem.  Do the 'spam' and 'not spam' buttons work anymore?

That depends on whether or not the email hits one of the newly built inmx servers. If it does then the message will be forwarded to IronPort's spam training addresses. If it doesn't then the email won't be forwarded anywhere (apart from to a black hole).

Have either of you got the 'Discard Obvious Spam' option enabled in your Manage My Mail settings? I receive these National Lottery emails too but at the moment they're configured to go to a non-PN email addy.
