If we really haven't done so yet, I'm sincerely very sorry for the problems that you have been having, along with others.

We've been frustrated as much as others as a number of our staff use a Plusnet connection at home and also enjoy listening to Spotify.

We're currently waiting on Arbor (Ellacoya) to add a Spotify signature, which we're expecting to be in their next firmware upgrade, but I'm afraid that we don't currently have a timescale for that as of yet.

*cough cough*

Virgin are starting to look like a better option once again now the UBR in our area works...
