I agree with Indizine. The messages are useless as they stand as they don't reflect the true position.. But we do want to know if our line goes 'off line' without knowing it.
I'm still receiving them - I've had several emails today when they say my Plusnet Voip circuit went off line at -

I have no problems dialling out at any time but when the number is connected to my Asterisk PABX - I have periods when incoming calls cannot be received on the PSTN (Public 01XXX XXXXXX ) number although the the circuit shows as 'registered' as far as the Asterisk is concerned. All an incoming caller from BT receives is either Numbe Unobtainable tone or a BT message saying that ' there is a problem with the number.'
