Is home phone active

Received the email "We expect your move to Home Phone to take place on 11/12/2007, however we'll email you if this has to change for any reason."

Should I receive email saying that it is now active? As this is the following day of the suggested date I have not received any notification and the control account is saying it is still being activated.

Hi there,

Generally, you should receive confirmation the day after your home phone service has been activated.

I've just asked Mand to confirm that this has been completed for you.

Hi there,

Your order completed yesterday.

We usually receive the reports for activations/transfers out on the day after they occurred.

I'd expect to receive an activation email before lunchtime.
