The purpose of this forum and the calendar function (which is linked at the top of the page) is to keep track any "event" which could have an effect on the traffic on our network, on the way that we manage the traffic.

This could be a small change in the amount of traffic such as an increase when there's a cricket test match when we'll expect people to be listening to the radio online or a decrease when there's an England football on the TV.

We also want to track the release of new games and applications that may require new signatures, new websites or features from websites (such as iTunes offering TV shows) that could become popular, sporting events, concerts, TV shows and films that could have a Internet tie in or that people will download or stream.

The idea is to pull together as much information as possible about what's happening so we want to track any event whether big or small.

And that's where you come in, we want to open this up to the community to help fill this in. We've added some events in already, but there are plenty of things out there we'll have missed and I'm sure one person could have a full time job filling it in.

To start with we would suggest starting a new thread in this forum for any new event; include dates, times and duration where applicable and links if there's a website and we can add them to the calendar.
Regards,
Dave Tomlinson
