bbyw do i still get and voip 0845 number

I used to be on option 1 and had a 0845 number with my voip account has this option disapeared in bbyw I can't find it if it's still there I spent 10 mins looking.

the last time I used this function it messed up my account and did away with my 120 mins or 240 mins whichever it was that came with option 1.
