Fibre Speed

Hi all
i had my Fibre installed today and im very happy with it cant fault it at all apart from sync speed
Is their anyway to check current sync speed via the router ? the BT Engineer told me that i was syncing at 80/20 from the exchange now doing speed tests im hovering around 32 - 36mb down and 14 - 16mb up i know its just been installed but i was wondering if a member of staff could check to see if ive been provisioned on 80/20 and not 40/10 ? just with reading previous threads etc on the automation

It think they will say you are on 80/20 as your upload is over 10Mbps which is where it tends to site when 40/10 has been provisioned.  But best wait for one of them to say yay or nay.

It looks like BT have given you the correct service but Plusnet's systems need updating to give you the profile for that product. The CSC should be able to correct that if you give them a ring on 0800 432 0200.

just spoke to support after 6 days it wil go up its to do with stability so on the 7th day should see my 77mb Smiley

Hi there,
Feedback is being, er, fed back on that one Sad I've adjusted the speed your account was set to which is all that was needed so you should get the speed increase shortly.

sorry for hijacking post..
may i ask for hel in same case. engineer said i am sync on 40/10. above checker shows me im on 40, and currently achieving 37. my upload speed is +/- 9Mb/s. so im really on 40/10. please take necessary action to put me on 80/20,
