I have just starting to experiencing an intermittent problem on my tv screen and my pc monitor.
I was watching the euro England game on my Samsung UHD telly, and was watching the game on the BBC I-player UHD Service, when I noticed some vertical lines appear and disappear quite quickly.
I then started to watch the football on my computer and noticed the same lines.
I have also noticed this occurring whilst watching tv UHD Prime video programs
Is this a problem with the BBC, or is this a problem with Plusnet, or is this a Samsung QE4360T. TV problem
Anybody knows what is going on?
