Trying to connect to my website accounts for both FTP and CCGI Services via ftp.plus.net and ccgi.username.plus.net via my Macbook using two different ftp clients (cyberduck and viper) but can't connect. FTP suggest my password is incorrect but I've reset it so know its correct. I get an error 530 Login incorrect. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.
CCGI site doesn't seem to work at all. my website settings in Member portal just has "standard website" option now, sure I had more than this previously.
Not logged into the site for ages but now have a requirement for use of both.
