We are very sorry that some customers are experiencing problems with broadband services this morning.

We are working quickly to fix the issue.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

We've fixed the problem that was preventing some customers from viewing webpages.

We're really sorry if you have been affected by this issue.
