Will Plusnet offer similiar to this soon for customer who have Plusnet Fibre/Phone to add on Mobile?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

It is not enough to want to and be technically capable of providing product - by whatever means It has to be capable of being ordered and billed for proficiently. If either if these fail, you'll have unhappy customers and no revenue stream, but still have provider's bills to pay.
PlusNET are working on both provisioning and billing system improvements. Bringing new products to market before they are delivered would be commercial suicide, however that did not stop them up there launching cash back without the means of supporting it!
