Excellent support

I had great support on the phone yesterday (Question #237566382 - Your Feedback). [CSA Removed]was a pleasure to speak with and he sorted out my slow broadband connection speed.

 

Finding how to provide this feedback was more difficult! Make it simpler to share good feedback please!
