We have just been voted the Best Overall Provider in the uSwitch broadband survey and would like to say a massive thankyou to all of our customers for their continued support.uSwitch Logo We finished top for Overall Customer Satisfaction with an impressive 78%. Bottom place came Orange, with 35% of their customers dissatisfied. The bigger players were an even spread in between. YouGov surveyed 20,000 customers overall, with at least 200 from each mentioned ISP. The results: 1 PlusNet 2= AOL 2= Virgin 2= Sky 5 BT 6= Pipex 6= Tiscali 8 Talk Talk 9 Orange We're naturally very happy about the news and these results clearly demonstrate our commitment to offering a great value service with the best quality support in the industry. The results show the massive progress we have made over the last few months. We thank our customers for their continued support. We won't stop improving, though, there are plenty more awards out there to grab and surveys to win! If we keep our house in order, our platform stable, and deliver on our promises then things can (and will) only get better.
