Interrogate a router

I recently contacted Plusnet re very slow internet and pages simply not loading. It transpires we have been using up to 15gb a day uploads which we’ve narrowed down to our lodger being on video calls a lot!
Is there a way to interrogate the router to highlight usage for each device over a period. Hopefully that makes sense.
Thank you in anticipation

Re: Interrogate a router

@lbproperties  Welcome to the Plusnet Community Fora.

Yes there is, you need to log into the hub and select My Devices, this will show you a list of devices and the stats you require. If you want more info please advise which nub you are using.

@Baldrick1

The OP stats he has a Hub One, which does not detail a device usage data as you described

EDIT: To view the internet connection overall data usage from the Home page navigate to

Troubleshooting >Helpdesk "Line 11 Data sent/received:"

Re: Interrogate a router

Dan thank you, found that but I think my only option would be to reset the figures each day. Tried resetting and disconnecting the router but the values remain. Out of interest does a hub 2 have the option described by the moderator?

Re: Interrogate a router

Have you checked if you are able to upgrade to a Full Fibre package, with plusnet or a alternative provider to Openreach?

https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/broadband-coverage should detail who is available to you

https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL should detail Openreach offerings. (Use the address option if you do not have your landline phone number)

I would simply record the numbers each day and do the maths.

Re: Interrogate a router

It'd be much simpler if there were an option to reset the counters. IMO.

In the past routers supplied by PN used to have that Smiley
