Router hasn’t arrived - tomorrow activation date

My projected activation date is 2 January 2024, but I have not received my router. What does one do in this situation? I need broadband asap because my uni classes begin next week. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @koivvuu 

 

I'm really sorry you've not received your router. I've had a look over your account and the reason for this is that we're having an issue with orders for your broadband being rejected by our suppliers repeatedly. 

 

We've raised this with them for investigation and we should have an update within the next day or two so we'll come back to you as soon as we've been able to make some progress.

 

Apologies for the difficulties I can tell that will cause you in the meantime.

Thanks @adamwalker for the help! I contacted openreach and confirmed that there is fibre connection to my property so I’m not sure what the issue would be.
