No reward card email

Hello,

My broadband was activated on the 11/06/2020 but I have still not received an email to claim the offered £75 reward card. (I've already read the relevant FAQ and have regularly checked my spam folder for the email.)

Can someone please look into this?

I am in the same and also would like someone to look into why I’ve not received my rewards card yet.
