This seem an ongoing topic for a lot of members. I know things are more difficult with people working from home but !!!!!
signed up for broadband in december with deal for £75 reward card. After Emailing plusnet and then been told to Email Purecard . (Why, I thought why when I havent recieved Email yet ) but I did, (Purecard) told me they had no details for the account, then told me to contact BT,which I thought very strange.
After many attempts calling with no luck, Im still waiting for Email from youselves PLUSNET .
Come on you need to sort this mess out !!!!!
