Hi @kerrycarol,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue again. I've changed some settings on your account now, which should resolve this issue. If you're still experiencing issues browsing, please could you also try performing a factory reset of your router?
To carry out a factory reset you'll need to take a look at the back of your Router and you will see a small pin-sized hole, just above and slightly to the left of the power button. The hole will be marked by the word "RESET", written just below it. Please get a pin or needle and hold it in this hole for around 5-10 seconds until the light on the front of the router goes green. After this release the pin and wait about 4-5 minutes for the Router to reconnect.
If any issues persist after this point, please let us know so that we can investigate further.

Hi I've tried all this previously and non of it worked @Gandalf managed to contact someone on the technical team to get the billing flag removed and that fixed it instantly.

I'm sure it'll come as no surprise to anyone in this thread that it's happening AGAIN this month:
The connection has timed out
The server at failed.billing.plus.net is taking too long to respond.
Have you lost all of your techie staff or something? Seems odd that this problem is still occuring months later...

No staff around on the forums at the moment, but I managed to get it fixed on the phone.
Call their customer service line( 0800 432 0200 ), and make sure you go to the Technical Support, and NOT their customer support (customer support don't have access to the right systems to fix the issue, I was told)
Wait time is about 25 minutes, though 😕 but once they answer, it's essentially a one-click fix for them.
The issue is that their billing system upgrade went very wrong. I myself have been double-billed since November, but there's no quick fix when the system they implemented is on a national scale, so I've resigned myself to having to call up plusnet every month when the billing fails.

Unfortunately due to disability I am unable to use the phone, so I am still waiting for the main website to be unblocked so that I can make a payment. Surely it would make sense to whitelist plus.net/pay for everyone regardless of payment status.
