This year's increase nearly 30%

As I understand it, my price can go up by 14.4%, right?
It has gone from £22.99 to £29.00.
Now, I am pretty sure that is not 14.4%.

My contract finishes in October.
Have they applied the increase over the next year and then spread it over my remaining months?

Is there a way to contact them other than caling them?

Boy, I hate wasting my life when someone they made the mistake.

Especially, I imagine there will be a LOT of people trying to contact them.
