My contract.

Ok i will ask on here seems as though Plusnet don't or wont answer my question via any of their so called prefer contact us methods.

Hi. My Plusnet broadband contract ends with you on the 17th July 2023.

What date can i set up a new contract with another provider?

I will be switching to BT Home Essentials with Home Phone and Broadband.

Any time you like - but if the new contract starts before 17/7, you will be liable for early termination charges. I don't know if this is still current practice, but you could at one time move to this option without ETCs - IF you arranged it via Plusnet - i.e. called them up and requested for them to arrange/facilitate it.

@karlgixer - HI, if you're eligible for BT Home Essentials shown here @ BT Home Essentials Broadband | Universal Credit Broadband, we do all the legwork and allow you to more free of charge, just give us a ring on 0800 432 0200, Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 7pm, Sun 9am - 6pm.
