Incorrect early termination fee billed

Hi, I cancelled my broadband contract with plusnet with about 12 months left, this was cancelled on 12th April. I was told the ETF would be around £160 over the phone (was paying 23.99 pm). 

Just received the final bill, and it's over £400!? It doesn't have any breakdown of the calculations or anything. Can someone check this please, as I'm sure it has been incorrectly calculated.
