Hi,
Having finally received my first bill since February I have a question about my line rental saver payment of 15/03/19. Has the start for this to be applied now been set to 27/09/19 meaning that it won't need to be renewed until 27/09/20?

They did the same to me and despite knowing the bill is wrong they actioned a direct debit with less than 24hrs notice and say they can't do anything about it!

Yet strangely refunds can take up to 5 days to process.

Just got notice of my next bill and once again I'm being charged for line rental despite having line rental saver.
Is this billing system ever going to be fixed>

My bill for November 28th once again includes line rental. No surprises there.
Time for another refund. When are you going to fix this problem?

It is quite clear that this fault has not yet been fixed. Do you want to review the 'Fixed status' in post #2?
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
