Hi
Can a member of Plusnet staff please check my bill.
On the my latest bill dated 3/11/2019 I have been charged £1.90 for line rental but I paid for linesave on 9/112019 it should renew 2/12/2019.
On 25/11/2019 I used to special offer on the Member's page to upgrade to Unlimited Fibre Extra at £10 per month for 18 months but the December bill shows a broadband charge of £15.99 for the period 3/11/2019 to 2/12/2010.

Thanks for your clarification.
It was my fault I jumped the gun on looking at where it said last bill and it was the November one, I was thinking it was December.
