This morning, I received another email reminder that my account is still unpaid, and that I now only have 4 days until my account will be restricted.
I have contacted my bank this evening and they confirmed that the direct debit has been live since Friday 22nd March.
They are also adamant that no request has yet been made for payment!
Could someone in Plusnet who understands the billing system, please look into this, and explain how this is possible after all the conversations that have transpired here and in ticket number 67301981.
