I took plusnet mobile on a 12 month contract only because plusnet offered a cashback of £35 otherwise a deal with three would be better. The cash back offer had affected my decision making but you know what? The cash back was not tracked, how convenient! So I raised. A claim through Quidco and i sincerely hoping that my cashback will be rewarded otherwise it is called false advertising to mislead the customer. I am a big fan of plusnet advertising we will do you proud, and hopefully proud I will be with plusnet!
