Cannot see member centre information

I am signing in to my Member Centre but as soon as my account details start to come up, they vanish and it just shows me the website footer at the bottom of the screen. How can this be fixed please?

 

Additional info: I am using Mac OS X 12.6.1 (Monterey) and the issue is happening on Safari 16.1 and also on Chrome Version 107.0.5304.87 (Official Build) (x86_64).
