@bobpullen Just a thought, because I don't understand the difference, but I am using IPV6, not IPV4.

That shouldn't matter as the portal servers are hosted on an IPv4 network. Nudge me next week and I'll have somebody take another look. I'm guessing they min-interpreted the server logs.

Also worth you carefully retyping the details, rather than relying on auto-complete, just so we can definitely rule out something wonky happening there.

OK  - I'll manually re-enter the username/pw, but it worked OK on version 109. Not a massive problem, TBH, because, as an email-only account I very rarely login to the portal  anyway.

@bobpullen If I manually try logging in to the Member Centre, using either the password or the email address - on either my 2023 iPad or iPhone 8, I still get the response as shown in post #1 of this topic. As said previously, not a big problem as I only log in if needed to help on the forums, which I only do when at home on my laptop, but as I don't like it when something goes wonky, especially if I have made no changes, it would be good to resolve this. Thanks.

The rough times you tried logging in and were met with the failure. It's just so we've something to match the logs with at this side.
