Firefox via mobile phone and pc with linux mint work ok login. (not pc with Windows 11) very strange.

Google Chrome via mobile and pc working ok login

I never understand why is plusnet broadband account login doesn't work on Windows 11 v 22H2 OS build 22621.1344 on firefox v110.0.1 and Apple ipad.

 

Only working on Windows 11 using Google Chrome v110.0.5481.178 and working on Linux Mint 21.1 for both firefox and google chrome and working ok on mobile Samsung A53 5G on mobile firefox and google chrome.

Thank you for your message. Just cleared Firefox cache and cookies. FF version was 110.0 (64 bit), just checked again before replying and it had an update to v 110.0.1 - (got no notification). Tried log in to Plusnet, but no change.

Extensions enabled that have been used for a long time are Google Translate, uBlock Origin and choice of 3 video downloaders - Ant, Coco Cut, and Video Download Helper.

Desktop PC is running Windows 10 Home, v22H2, build 19045.2673

Anti Virus is SentinelOne v22.2.4.558 and is showing nothing untoward.
