Billing query - given up in live chat...

After being passed to the wrong department several times over the last 45 minutes with 5 minutes in between replies  I really can't be bothered explaining this problem for a third time with 5 minute gaps between each reply so perhaps more luck here?

Contract ends Jan 8th (not happened yet as it's only the 2nd)

Most recent bill

Period 1-1-20 to 8-1-20  £4.13 (my normal monthly amount)

9-1-20 to 21-1-20 £11.86

Why are you charging  me for a period that has not happened yet when a new contract has been negotiated ? And surely it should have been the low rate for the month, then the non contract rate thereafter ? 

I presume you will credit this ?

We're sorry for any inconvenience caused regarding delayed responses. Sadly, this platform is not quicker for a response. 

 

Your pro-rata will be worked out automatically on the following bill once your new contract is in place.
