My account for broadband ( fibre extra) and phone expires at the end of March. Four days ago I got an email offering renewal at 26.99 a month.
Tried to renew online, only to be told oops that offer is not available now. Offers a lower speed for 29 a month.
Phones are not being answered. Appalling service. I have been happy with PlusNet but they are going the right way to drive me away.
