Have had broadband live now for over a month. Could you please inform me how to claim the £75 cashback that was advertised through the MSE deal. Have not yet received the confirmation email. Thanks

Hi Kizzie, 

You should have received an email within the first 10 days of the service having been activated, this contains a link to redeem the cashback. 

Can you check your inbox, spam/junkmail and deleted items just to make sure it's not reached there without you being aware?
