£75 cashback question

When I signed up there was £75 cashback promised. My switch over has now taken place and both Phone and BB have been active since the 10th November. I believe I should receive an email now to claim my cashback. Can you tell me when this should happen please?

The email to claim your cashback should be sent within 10 working days of your activation, we'll send it to the email address shown on your account.
