@nixodian

 In a word, no. It’s not contract free, as you say it’s a rolling monthly contract and subject to 30 days notice of cancellation. See  https://www.plus.net/help/legal/mobile-terms/

Re: is plus net mobile truly contract free?

Hi there,

Yes the minimum contract period we'd offer is 30 days.

When signing up we'll give you an option to provide us with your PAC number which will allow you to keep your number.

Re: is plus net mobile truly contract free?

thanks, do we just cancel the direct debit to cancel the 30d contract or must email yourselves?

so when ordering my new plusnet sim on your website, l can keep my old sim number by providing a PUK number on the order page? how do l get this PUK?

THANKS

Re: is plus net mobile truly contract free?

You'll have to either request a PAC for your new provider to transfer your mobile number or give us a call. We've got a good guide here https://www.plus.net/help/legal/cancellation-policy-for-mobile/ which explains the ways you can cancel.

What's wanting you to move if you don't mind me asking?

Humble apologies. Ignore the last line of my previous post. It has been a long week! Let me know if there’s anything else you’d need help with
