Voicemail options

Are there options with voicemail...?  Due to signal problems at home, I MIGHT have to have Voucemail switched ON - but only for when "out of signal" (i.e. Unobtainable).  I DON'T want it to divert when engaged or simply unanswered...

is this possible...?

Re: Voicemail options

Hi Bill_M,

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm afraid there are no options with regards to your Voicemail service. We can't alter this to only divert when there is no signal. If it is switched on, it will divert if unanswered, no signal, switched off etc...

If you need anything at all, let me know and I'll be more than happy to help.

Re: Voicemail options

Just revisiting this subject. There's an app called Call Control for Android. In there you have a do not disturb mode.

I'm just testing it now but suspect it will do the trick.

Hope this helps.

Update:
Works a treat! Even pops up to tell you got a missed call and from which number. Caller gets a single ring and goes to voicemail! Perfect!
