Viewing Bill

Does anyone else have difficulties viewing a bill using the link in the Plusnet/Force9 email? Whenever I follow the link to view my latest bill and sign in all I get is a watch the video link - I don't want that, all I want is to view my bill quickly, I don't want to have to think of a thousand ways to view it only to find that none of them work.

I refresh the screen you are seeing 2 or 3 times making sure to scroll down each time.

Thanks for your reply which I have tried but so far without success. I've tried disabling ad blocker on the site but it hasn't made any difference> By the way I am viewing using Safari 15.6.1.
